Functional Training
The Functional Training area is a dedicated space for equipment and exercises to strengthen your body’s natural movement. You’ll find clean, soft and cushioned turf for core work such as planks and sit ups and state-of-the art racking systems equipped with kettlebells, dumbbells and more!
Whether your focus is high impact workouts or your everyday movement exercises, you can do it all here. The use of this space is for everyone and is included with your gym membership!
